What is the spiritual meaning of getting a stye?

I haven’t had a stye in — well, forever — and here I am, with a stye. The first thing I asked myself was:

“What am I blocking from my insights?”

My block is so strong that I manifested a stye. It’s amazing how powerful the mind and body are that when we have such a strong emotion, it can physically manifest somewhere in the body.

I asked my higher self this question, and this is the response I heard:

“You hesitate to see the future because you know what lies ahead. The “end of life” is a part of life, and we all know it is unpleasant and we want to avoid it at all costs. We can try to block it but not avoid it.”

My elderly in-laws are experiencing the beginning of “the end of life” progression. I know what’s ahead, and I don’t want to see it. The sooner I process this, my stye will be healed.

I’m spending the day with my moonstones and connecting to the Crone who is a very big part of the wanning gibous moon phase right now. As a Pagan, this is healing for me and I welcome her guidance.
