Healing Hues: This One’s For Me

I rely heavily on the colors that I’m drawn to for balancing my chakras, and strengthening my aura.

First of all, happy new year! I hope you all welcomed the new you with love in your heart and joy being surrounded by the people who make you happy.

I sure did. I danced last night with friends that are on the same vibe as hubs and me, which alone feels so good and I danced like no one was watching. Sorry, no pics for that one 😂

I usually design these healing hue graphics with everyone in mind, but today, for the first of the year, this one is for me.

The flowers in the graphic contain colors that are 100% me. The greens, which are my favorite hue, are upfront and center. This color sends me right to the balance of my heart chakra, which is where I stand strong fo 2025, regardless of the circumstances.

Golds and yellows are my reminder to focus on my solar plexus. This almost takes precedence over the heart chakra because for me, it’s here where I hold strong my intentions for this year. I’ve accomplished a lot of shadow work, and in yellow, it’s where I stand proud of what I worked so very hard for.

Red, deep, deep, red is the base of my life, my family, and friends, no matter what hits the fan. I know there will be journeys unfolding this year that will not be pleasant, but my Root Chakra is strong and will get me through what will be. I’m ready.
