Color To Help You Recover

Recover from what you ask? Anxiety, stress, work, kids, bills, family — just to name a few. The holidays are now behind us, and we can rest for a bit, but can we really “rest?”

From cleaning the house, cooking the meals, and dealing with all those family issues — among worry about everyone’s health, I don’t know about you but I’m a little drained. Where do I turn to for a healthy recovery? Two places. Holistics and Color.

Many of us always put other people first — what will THEY think? What do THEY need? Will THEY be comfortable? Happy? Healthy? Well what about us? You? Me?

It’s not only ok to put yourself first, it’s neccessary. You are in charge of how you feel, how you act and, your health. You need to be strong and healthy, both pyshcially and mentally.

What do I do? This morning I woke up with this mantra, “I am happy and I am healthy!” I said that over and over until it was clear in my mind, and I smiled. I made a big pot of herbal tea, thme from my garden, added local honey, cinnamin, tumerican and a sqeeze of lemon. For breakfast I made oatmeal — real oatmeal not the stuff you see in those crappy little envelopes. I added peanut butter, honey cinnamon, nutmeck and a touch a salt. By the way, the receipe for that oatmeal was shown to me in a dream about a year ago when I was aking my angels and guides to help me get healthy. Last night in my dreams I was also shown a “Tea Cup Diet” — at each meal, eat only what fits in a tea cup. Talk about portion control! As a psychic medium, I take these insigts very seriously. I know it all works for my hightest good.

Now for color. I LOVE th color palette you see above! The background is from Bradbury & Bradbury which are crazy beautiful! I used to swoon over them years ago and somehow just forget about them. You’ll be seeing a lot of those paper in my designs.

Staring at those cabbage roses, noticing the little bird on the left side and just the overall softness of the paper makes me calm. I called out the brighter pink (Heart Chakra) and the green which is my favoirte color and absoultey LOVE this color palette. It makes me feel good.

THIS is how color heals. Note how you feel when you see colors. If you feel good, wear it. On a sbuliminal level, colors are working hard to heal you and balance your chakras.
